Not only we bought our house but we also… found a friend in Kita, this is what happened 3 years ago. Let’s say, it wasn’t easy but this young Thai Lady helped us so much that it seemed unproblematic, and if you never tried to buy a house in Thailand, you know that this could became a nightmare. We spent together more than 2 weeks, going around and looking for house. We changed the budget, and then the area, and then ideas and then… but Kita always managed to find something suitable for us. We were with a scooter and sometimes stuck because of the rains, and she was always running to help us. Also now, if we are in Europe and something happens to our house, the first phone call is to her. Yes, we bought our dream house with her help, we managed to pass through all the pains of contracts, title deeds, blue book, and so on and after all she has been in charge of our house for a long time. Now that she has her own agency we are very happy for her. She is extremely good and reliable and the market is her cup of tea.
